By booking a trip with Mountain Adventure Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Travel Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and compliant.

2. Insurance: It is mandatory that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, baggage loss, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Responsibility: Mountain Adventure Travels acts as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers.

4. Hazards: Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, or death, which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects, or the negligence of Mountain Adventure Travels, or other persons and companies known or unknown.

5. Assumption of Risk: You accept full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury, or death and of the negligence of Mountain Adventure Travels. You agree to hold harmless and release Mountain Adventure Travels from any liability.

6. Liability Waiver: You understand the physical requirements of the activities in which you will be participating and confirm that you currently have no known physical, medical, or mental condition that would impair your ability to participate in travel or your safety in these activities.

7. Accidents: In the event of accidents during activities or excursions, you agree that Mountain Adventure Travels is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained. You are responsible for obtaining medical treatment and covering associated costs.

8. Refund Policy: All deposits and final payments to Mountain Adventure Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
