COST OF TOUR AND BOOKING PROCESS

What Is The Cost Of A Tour Package?

Before finalizing your plans, WE RECOMMEND REVIEWING THE SPECIFIC COUNTRY OF TRAVEL AND INDIVIDUAL ITINERARIES.

It is important to consider that TRAVEL AGENTS FREQUENTLY HAVE ACCESS TO EXCLUSIVE DEALS AND PACKAGES that may not be accessible to the public, potentially providing benefits that exceed the cost of their services.

How Do I Book A Tour? What Is The Process Like?

Here’s An Overview Of The Booking Process:

1. TOUR BOOKING: Select a preferred tour package from the TRIPS menu.

2. $1000 DEPOSIT: Mountain Adventure Travels will require a $1000 Singapore dollars NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour. (If tour is less than 12 weeks or 3 months before the departure date, full payment is required at time of registration).

3. GOOGLE DOC BOOKING FORM: Whatsapp us at +65 9009 4494 or email us to get this Google Doc Booking Form, particularly for countries that require visas. Fill in all your key details and submit to us. If you need assistance, we will personally help you to fill up this Google Doc Booking Form.

4. VISA: Mountain Adventure Travels will apply for a visa for you as we are authorized agents to do so. However, if you are traveling from a country other than Singapore where the tours begins, from a country that requires a visa, you will need to apply for a visa either online or in person at the nearest travel agency or embassy.

5. FLIGHT TRAVEL: Once your visa is approved, Mountain Adventure Travels will book your international flights to your country of destination.

6. HOTEL BOOKING: As part of the tour package, luxury accommodations will be booked by Mountain Adventure Travels.

7. FULL PAYMENT: Closer to the departure date, you will be required to make the full payment for the tour.

REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 12 WEEKS OR 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE TOUR departure date.

• Delayed Payment 60 – 90 DAYS | Add $100 Extra
• Delayed Payment 30 – 60 DAYS | Add $300 Extra
• Delayed Payment Less Than 30 DAYS | Add $500 Extra

8. WHATSAPP OR EMAIL CONFIRMATION: After submitting your tour booking, full payments, visa approvals, hotel and airline bookings, you will receive an email or Whatsapp confirmation from Mountain Adventure Travels. This will reiterate all the details of your booking and provide any last-minute reminders or instructions.

9. MODES OF PAYMENT
All payments are in Singapore dollars and can be made via PayNow, bank transfer, cash, cheque or credit cards. If paying from overseas, please use a credit card.

10. Are There Any Additional Costs Or Fees That Are Not Included In The Tour Price Inclusions and Exclusions?

The answer is No.

We are COMMITTED TO PROVIDING CLEAR INFORMATION AND TRANSPARENCY about any costs or fees that are not covered in the tour price. Travel insurance, personal expenses, souvenir purchases and optional activities are additional costs that you will need to cover independently.
