LETTER OF CONSENT | MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE TRAVELS

I, ______________________, hereby acknowledge and consent to participate in an organized travel tour and road trip organized by Mountain Adventure Travels.


1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I am aware that these activities carry inherent risks that may result in serious injury, death, and loss or damage to personal property. These risks include, but are not limited to, accidents, falls, the effects of weather, equipment failure, and the potential for encountering wildlife.

2. Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with these activities, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Financial Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for any costs arising from injury, loss, or damage that I may sustain during the trip, including but not limited to medical expenses, rescue costs, and personal property replacement.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mountain Adventure Travels, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity or while in, on, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the activity, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Letter of Consent and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature for it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Is Travel Insurance Mandatory?

The answer is YES. All travellers with Mountain Adventure Travels ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE. Proof of insurance purchase must be provided before traveling. Please email or Whatsapp us an image of your insurance plan.
