I Feel Like Staying In The Beautiful Mountains Forever

Dear friends,

By divine appointment I got reconnected with Pastor Pritam Singh (now Mr. Pritam Singh), after many years first meeting him in Jurong. As I love to blow the shofar, my girlfriend invited me to help Pritam Singh in his outreach program in Jurong blessing the migrant workers. During the program, I went up to the stage to blow the shofar. I was somewhat sceptical and scared to face the big crowd of onlookers while on the stage. With the encouragement of my girlfriend, I blew the shofar.

I got connected again with Pritam Singh through his invitation for me to attend his SAIF-Church 17th anniversary but due to my tight schedule then, I did not turn up for the anniversary celebration. This year 2024, I met with Pritam Singh again and attended his SAIF-Church service. I find peace and the presence of God at his church.

From the 19th to the 26th April 2024, I went with Mr. Pritam Singh, together with my above-mentioned friend, Khulsom Bee to Pakistan on the Hunza Valley Tour. The Pakistan Hunza Valley Tour was really an eye-opener for me. Despite my siblings and friends telling me the negative side of Pakistan, such as safety and security concerns, I went on the tour.

Thank God, I found Hunza Valley in Northern Pakistan to be a peaceful and enjoyable place with an extremely beautiful scenery. The Pakistan Hunza Valley tour was an exciting experience for me. I felt the presence of God there, the love of the people, the peace, the safety and the security throughout the tour. When I reached the last mountain where the glacier and pine trees were, the Naltar Valley, I felt like staying there. It was so peaceful and scenic.

I enjoyed viewing the yaks and the snow, staying in the luxury hotels and eating the delicious food there. I cannot forget the beautiful blue and green eyes of the residents of Hunza Valley and their friendliness.

You have to personally be in Hunza Valley to enjoy what I experienced there.
